ROLES:

* Serves as the second-in-command to the Master and assists in the overall management of the vessel.
* Supervises and manages the deck crew, ensuring efficient execution of deck operations.
* Oversees cargo loading, stowage, securing, discharge, and ballast operations to ensure vessel safety and stability.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Holder of a valid Second Officer Certificate of Competency (COC) and required STCW certifications.
* Minimum of one (1) year of sea service as a Chief Officer.
* Strong knowledge of cargo handling, vessel stability, navigation, and maritime safety regulations.
